More Italian street style means I have to go back to Italy. And the shoes and clothes are too tempting there. I will go back of course, to see Dan, but looking at my bank account not too soon haha.

Street Style in Turin, Italy The pity with this post is that I didn’t get enough good photos to do a proper Street Style post. Not because there weren’t enough gorgeous looking women around but because I was in the wrong spot for taking pictures most of the time.

I could have done a lot worse. I certainly like how Italian men and women dress themselves. Very stylish and never over the top. You gave a very good impression.

Simplicity and good tailoring is I think there secret. Always so great to see streetstyle in other countries. Italian women always look so good. Marianne looks gorgeous too! These are some stylish ladies that you captured. This post really surprises me! And many thanks for including me in your selection!! I shot a lot of them while I was sitting at the restaurant where we had lunch. Just used my lens to zoom in without them noticing it. Italian women always look so so pretty, elegant and fashion.

I really like their style! Italy and fashion go so close together. I love all these pics. I was amazed by how wonderful men dressed in Italy too. Oh yes, the men in Italy are something else. You should see the husband of Daniela… He is perfect in his dressing.

Not over the top or gay, just really well dressed. Thank you for posting these wonderful photos of Italian style. Please give yourself more credit as a photographer!

My favorites are 1 — her look is perfection, 7 — so elegant, 8 — individual and creative. Daniela looks great in her dress. She reminds me to leave the jeans in the closet and wear more dresses. Daniela has the same effect on me. Because of her I am wearing more dresses and skirts again. The ladies of photo 1 and 7 posed for me. I asked them to. And that way I get better photos. Most of them, however, were quick snapshots. Hi Greetje, thank you for your pics! If you like to see my pics of the Italian street style visit http: Oh yes Rita, I had a look at your Street Style photos.

I especially liked the man in black and white checks March 26 and the woman with the light coloured coat and the hat April 2. Indeed, well dressed women and men , they are not hard to find in Italy. I loved seeing legs in elegant stockings. Here in the states many women have sadly stopped wearing them even when our bare legs are not so pretty anymore. I always wear stockings myself. Unless it gets really hot, then I give in. The best photos from this post are the two women who posed for me nr.

And even number one is not very sharp. Photographing Daniela was a challenge for me as it is indoors. I am a long way away from being a good photographer. But I am happy trying to improve. I enjoyed these pictures, and thanks for sharing them with Visible Monday, xo. I hope to do some more Street Style post again now that summer is approaching.

It is still cold and rainy here… Sigh. Love Italy and anything italian, and of course the street style there is always on point, they know how to dress. The Italian weather, the Italian food, the Italian design… they are doing pretty good. Through the wonderful lens of Greetje, ha, you are able to capture some of the most true and fun street style posts out there. You seriously know the right ones to capture and engage us all as if we were right next to you.

You once again, reminded me how Italian women can so effortlessly look gorgeous. They simply know the the right combinations. The first photo demonstrates this to the T. But that little bridesmaid.

Well, in my opinion, it did take away from the bride. Dan, is one amazingly beautiful women. Thank you, my cute friend for another fun street style post. Nah, never gonna happen. What ai do know is I love doing these reports. What you said about the little bridesmaid were my thoughts exactly.

What a fun post, You have such good eye in from of the camera and behind it! My favorites were of the woman wearing three shades of beige, and patterns, looking chic and splendid, and her escort was so dashing, too. Yes, the blue dress on Daniella, is stunning and simple. The first picture shows a lovely ensemble ;you do get the sense that she styled this without effort.

And I do love the skinny girl in the cool yellow jacket, yes, she can wear anything, but i love what she choose. And last, not least, is the lady in black who is getting on in years. Love the black ob black , sensible boots, cool choice, and the pretty lace detail of her cardigan.

And these pictures were all done in a hurry, in an hour. If I had had morre time, you would have been more amazed. But I wanted to spend the time with Dan as you can imagine. These ladies are so elegant and stylish! Amazing, and well done for taking these great photos Greetje! You do realize that I only photograph those ladies who stand out…. Italian women just know how to dress with such personal and brave style. When they are over 50 I always think: Of course Denton… Prada.

I have good taste LOL. You take your pictures in an expensive neighbourhood. Thanks for liking my pictures. However, I can do much better. The first photo, wow, the lady looks uber cool. But boy oh boy, would I love to be as good.

But I am glad you like the post. This is a fabulous collection Greetje! So many chic women, and you captured the details of their outfits very well. Yes, a predominance of chic black here, Italian and french women do know how to dress well! Love the green coat, and the chic woman in the back puffer coat, longer mauve skirt and platform boots, and the simpler woman wearing denim plus an simple overcoat. The woman walking was lovely, with the bi color pump clear as she makes her way.

Love the way the two woman punctuated this post wearing read and yellow, looking slim and vibrant. Very well done, even with some blur as you go, they are moving, after all! I am so glad you liked the post. I love doing Street Style. No it is not an illness. It is a way of life.

A love of beauty. A need to create. A need to show the world there are beautiful things to look at and enjoy. I am all for it. You know how I love your street style photos as well, Greetje. I love all the things that stood out for you. What struck me most about this collection is how many shoes had mid-height or low heels. The first photo in particular, I was surprised by the low heel. Thanks for the show! I bought a couple of patterned sweaters in Italy. And I think the Italian women are no fools either: Glad you liked my Street Style post.

Beautiful style to inspire — the use of accessories is brilliant. Are the men nearly as attractive? Yes, yes and yes. The men take very good care of their appearance too. And style and accessories are very important to women in Italy, as Dan wrote in her comment. If Dan is saying that the need for having nice bags and shoes is an illness, then it is contagious. I know for sure that you have the illness and what I like about shoes and bags is that they always fit. The Dutch normally have two bags, one for winter and one for summer.

Greetje, there must be mediterranean blood running through our veins. For sure Marianne, as the amount of shoes, boots and bags in our closets is rather large. To use a British understatement. I believe you did a fabulous job! And you are so correct, Italian women sure know how to dress nicely and so very classy. They make it seem so effortless. And they do love their shoes, look at all those beautiful black shoes. Just confirmed my thoughts that I continually tell Par, a woman can never have too many pairs of black shoes.

I am glad you think about black shoes the same way. But I bet you can beat me. I love street style posts and all these ladies look stylish indeed. Italians know how to dress indeed. We were just in Tokyo and people dress well there too. As a matter of fact I often thought they were gay as in The Netherlands no straight man dresses well. But the good looking, well dressed men were straight in Italy. I wonder if her husband knows about this. Hahaha Denton, because they were waiting for their wives, who arrived with parcels.

But you are right.. Your email address will not be published. Previous Post Turin and Daniela. Next Post Max Mara cream pleated skirt. Looking forward to next week to see what you bought!

Sue A Colourful Canvas. Okay…my favourite is the the lady with the gelato…because, well….. All I need now is a sponsor. To visit all these different cities of Europe…. Do you think that ice cream cone was the only thing that woman ate that day?

LOL Love catching a glimpse of what you saw on the streets on your trip. I love the all leather outfit the most — of course. Happiness at Mid Life. Sitting on a terrace having cappuccino solves a lot.

They just walk by in bundles. Hahaha Ceri, that is funny. I immediately see the picture of the four of them meeting. Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
